How To Send Your Case

Here are step-by-step instructions to send your digital impressions to WhiteRock Digital Dental Lab. We’re here to support you and help you get the best results possible. If you have any questions, please call us at 866.948.8898 to consult with one of our digital impression experts.

Select your scan manufacturer below for detailed instructions on uploading your case to WhiteRock Dental Lab’s dashboard.

  1. Call iTero at 1-800-577-8767 and request to add WhiteRock Dental Lab to your “Favorite Lab” list. Our lab number is 231043 – WhiteRock Dental Lab
  2. On the Cadent Lab List, search for WhiteRock Dental Lab. Select our laboratory as a “Favorite Lab”.
  3. Send Your Scan: We will receive the scan and begin processing your case.

  2. Click on “Connections”, then “Add Connection”.
  3. Enter:
  4. We will approve your connection and begin to process your case.
  1. Sign in to your account atsirona-connect.comand navigate to the “My Account” menu.
  2. Click on “My Favorite Labs” and search for WhiteRock Dental Lab. Our zip code is 47150. Check the box next to our name and click Add.
  3. You are now ready to submit your scans to us through the Cerec Connect Portal.
  1. Log in to your CS Connect account
  2. Select the case you would like to send and locate case details
  3. Under ‘choose a laboratory’, enter our email address:
  1. Log in to your Medit Link account.
  2. Select “All Organizations” from the sidebar.
  3. Search for “WhiteRock Dental Lab” and click ‘Request Contract’
  1. Open your Planmeca Romexis software
  2. Select a case and click “cloud export”
  3. Select WhiteRock Dental Lab by entering this email address:
  4. Include all necessary attachments
  5. Click send
